Get the Chillimug. state of being that is not cool or (cooler than cool) ice cold. The term "chilly" can be thought of as similar to "frontin", or being a "poser", "tool", or "douche". Those people/things that can be described as "chilly" are often fake, of low quality, or not "real"/"keeping it real".
