Commiting unlawful or indecent act toward another person. ex.= stealing someone's car or making car not to run, taking someone's phone, taking or causing to be taken everything that someone owns including their home leaving them alone, homeless, hungry, helpless, often times making the person being bamarized to feel the only way to get relief is to die.
