The Te and la at the end show that the recipient of this action belongs to the person that this order is being given to.

In other words, it shows posession.

chingaderies

Chingaderies could be a reference to when you can’t think of the name of a specific object or thing, usually an English translation to Spanish.

Could also be used in reference to a group of individuals that are annoying and bothersome, or just pointless.

You know those things you use to cook with that have a handle, you know those chingaderies.

That coworker is always with her chingaderies at staff meetings.
