A common way to refer to a Chevrolet Suburban, a rather large SUV produced by American car manufacturer Chevrolet, owned by General Motors.

Suburbans are sometimes referred to as 'Burbans and similarly Cadillacs are referred to as 'Lacs'. Combine the two and you have the Burballac.
