1. A broke male who tries to get money from females.
2. A male with no job, no car, and no future.
Often called scrubs.

2- splitting a cigarette by letting someone finish the last half (or less). usually a favor to someone you dont want to give a whole cigarette to. similar, but not to be confused with an "ace" - the very last drag before putting it out.
