As opposed to a blind date, where you have no idea what the other person looks like, a nearsighted date is one where you've seen a photo or chatted via web cam before meeting in person.

A term coined by Australian comedic duo Roy & HG during their satirical coverage of the 2000 Sydney Olympics, a 'crazy date' refers to a move in gymnastics where the gymnast spreads his legs and, balancing on his hands, rotates his hips so that his outspread legs spiral around. The gymnast may rock from hand to hand to allow his legs to pass under his body, but they will not go above his head: that is a hello boys.

When you and a friend/boyfriend/girlfriend choose to go on a date that doesn't involve going out (it could be for whatever reason). Instead you stay home and go on Netflix. It usually just involves you two sitting down or cuddling, eating food, talking, watching the movie, and/or making out.
