I clicked on the link and now it keeps posting spam to my Facebook wall even when I'm not online. Robo Apps are Apps sometimes used as a link to a virus.

TikTok (App) 

TikTok is an app where you shoot videos for a certain amount of seconds and share it with the TikTok community. TikTok was musical.ly until they decided they weren't getting enough revenue, so they opened TikTok. TikTok rapidly spread to gamer girls and gamer boys and now they are making 'I'm already tracer' videos with a PS3.
