A fagaletti is one who is annoying, frustrating and acts like a real dickhead....the person described knows they are being a real pain in the arse.....

Person in the office is going around getting right in peoples faces being generally annoying, telling jokes that are not particularly funny and has really bad breath, from the previous night of eating a garlic based spaghetti....therefore that makes this person a fagaletti.

Your driving along quietly and a person that has been riding up your arse for the last 10 minutes zooms past....as he passes you yell in an opera voice 'Fagaletti!'

A sort of meme originating from David Willis's Webcomic Dumbing of Age. It comes from an early joke that has the character Jennifer "Billie" Billingsworth aka get flipped over a couch by Ruth Lessick, and after, when people try to ask if she's okay, she replies with "Shut your faace! Your faaace! FAAACE".

adj; not to be confused with the bread "focaccia", Fagagio is an intermediary term used to describe someone who is too straight to be a fag, but too gay to be straight.

My friend Anthony participates in Musical Theatre, but is also attracted to females. Therefor, Anthony is a FAGAGIO.
