Degree Creep

When people need higher degrees to obtain the same job that people with lower degrees used to get. Ex. when the same job that used to require a bachelor's degree, now requires a master's degree, even though a person with a bachelor's degree could still competently do that job. This is a result of the job market being flooded with people who have higher degrees than was usual, and this new higher degree becomes the norm when hiring.
Dennis: I hate having to shell out so much money and spend so much time to go to grad school.
Omar: Why not stop with a bachelor's?
Dennis: Because of degree creep, i need a master's degree to have a good chance of getting a good job.

A certain way of presenting yourself, mostly shown in a person’s walk. In this particular swagger-type, a person has a 30 degree lean to the right, while still keeping his head and legs aligned. A swagger to the left, or with less than 30 degrees is considered a ‘’false swagger’’.
