South Florida slang for the police. It has nothing to do with race, e.g. a black police officer can be considered a cracker

"That cracker bammed up my boy, Kerry. He's sitting in Broward on gun charges"

"These gits don't care these days, they always be shooting at crackers when they come up on the street"

Phrase used during the festive season to describe going out with a view to hooking up with an attractive person. Used during the festive season as it also describes pulling a festive cracker around the dining table.

The club was packed last night, it wasn't Christmas but I still managed to pull a cracker

clacked

When someone is really, really, REALLY high or drunk. Auditory and visual functioning are impaired to comedic levels and the individual expresses a desire to stay in a place where other people want to leave OR leave a place where everyone is staying because the alcohol and drugs are impairing their thought processes and physical stability.

Jason Red was already clacked, but the Twerk Queen twerking on him pushed him over the edge and made him the party early. "I'm clacked! I got graduation tomorrow and I'm hungry."

Billy Blue was so clacked that he had to have an escort (Zack Black) to prevent security from kicking him out because of his boisterous and rowdy behavior.

cracker

A small, very dry, square treat made of refined flour. Some crackers have salt sprinkled on top; i.e. saltines. Most have tiny holes going through them--not sure why, though
