Friends to enemies to lovers can be seen in many YA books, animes and TV shows.

enemarexia

Patterned after "Anorexia" and "tanorexia." A semi-disorder characterized by an insatiable need to undergo enemas, often associated with a fear of uncleanliness when playing the passive role in anal sex. Usually refers to self-administered enemas, but not always. Common among anal retentive bottoms. Occasionally but not necessarily coincident with Klismophilia.

Following a messy and embarrassing experience with his boyfriend, Derek developed a case of enemarexia.

That guy seems like such an enemarexic; I'd bet he takes two hours each day to "cleanse himself".

beer enema

An act in which one lubricates the neck of a beer bottle then fully sits on it so it completely enters that person anally. They then lean forward, lifting the bottle upwards so the contents flow into their anal cavity. The bottle is then removed and the contents are sprayed from the anus. This also produces a quick alcohol buzz compared to drinking the beer. Also related to the term, "beer enema cocktail" in which someone drinks the beer after it has been used as an enema.

Sally didn't want to have "beer breath" so she had several beer enemas at the party.

idiomatic noun; a polite euphemism for "blowing sunshine up the ass," or in other words, when someone makes deceptively encouraging or unctuous statements, or false promises, for dishonest purposes like covering up a bad situation or gaining influence with the listener(s).

CEO: "I know you employees are all concerned about more lay-offs, but senior management sincerely believes that our company has effectively right-sized to optimize efficiency and to achieve our goals for profitability. I am satisfied that our jobs are secure..." Worker #1: "Do you believe Mr. Big Boss? Whose goals and jobs is he talking about--I bet by 'ours' he mostly means the good ol' boys in the boardroom!" Worker #2: "You called it, sister! Flush that solar enema where jargony newspeak belongs."

To have one's bank accounts and/or other financial holdings thoroughly cleaned out, usually through one's own foolishness or stupidity. To have the deposits ejected suddenly from one's personal or professional financial network.
Winners of big lottery winnings and "professional" sports figures are often relieved of their financial windfalls this way. Ya gotta luv it! A fool and his/her money are soon parted!

Man, my attorney was a useless turd; my ex and her damn attorney really cleaned me out... I got a real financial enema.
