Conference Wife

The woman that you meet up or travel with at conferences that you do everything with while there such as dinners, conference socials, and often times sharing a hotel room to save money . She looks out for the guy (or gal because women can also have a conference wife too). To others, it would appear that this couple is in a marriage or serious relationship when this type of relationship is usually non-sexual although it's not uncommon for the lines to get blurred on occasion.

The girls didn't hit on me at the bar because they thought my conference wife was my girlfriend.

After a 6 month relationship Ben was basically discarded like trash from Hannah due to not have any self-respect . Darryl a mentor taught him how to regain his dignity again. Hannah left him for a douchbag that didn't truly want to do anything to do with her accept to play endless mind games. After a while he dumps for another girl and repeats the process. By the way this guy was very ugly 'no homo'. I don't know why she kept pursuing him though . I ve noticed one thing he had that Ben didn't ; and that's confidence.
