Skaife Wannabe

A term used in Australia to describe those teenage hoons who cruise the streets in their commodores / falcons who think that they are "fully sick".

The term "Skaife" coming form the V8 super car driver Mark Skaife. The term "wannabe" coming from try-hard.
So it's really Skaife + Wannabe.
A "Mark Skaife Tryhard".

How to identify Skaife Wannabes:
* Driving (usually) a Commodore / Falcon (one that P Platers can afford)
* 'P' Plates up
* HSV / FPV Body Kit
* Loud stereo up full bore
* Playing bogan metal or 'doof-doof-doof' music
* Thinking that they can drive like V8 supercar driver
Personally:
* Hat backwards
* shirt off
-If no shirt is present it will most likely be a Holden or Ford racing shirt.
* Sunglasses on
* One hand on wheel
* Arm out window
* Stares at everything as they go by

mod wannabe

Some of the visitors at gametalk who want to become a moderator and they act foolish over it. These people have literally treatened suicide and tried to bribe Mike with money to become one (and I am dead serious). They don't relize that this behavior can not only cause them not to get hired, but also to annoy gamers at the site.

But don't get me wrong, not everyone who wants to be a mod acts this way.

wannabe scientist

Someone who gets on YouTube, watches space videos, then goes to the comment section to repeat what they just heard, so they can sound smarter than what they actually are. Usually skinny young adults that wear glasses and have an environment friendly bumper stick on the back of their vehicles.

Those wannabe scientists are on a roll tonight...
