Starting over

Sarving

When a boss or person in charge struts around acting superior while taking zero accountability for their own mistakes - usually coupled with the inability to spell even the simplest words. A Sarving individual believes confidence equals competence, even when the evidence (and Grammar) says otherwise.

1.A person who can’t spell to save their life, waddles like a confused penguin, micromanages everyone while doing nothing, and blames the entire universe for their own mistakes.

2.A horrible boss who thinks they’re a “natural leader” but really just holds meetings about meetings and mispronounces common words with confidence.
