When word of this tragic incident reached the republic they quickily mass produced this for use in guns that would fire a concentrated beam of energy that would realign organic material effectively splitting apart the internal make up of the atoms. Or, in a shorter sense killing the person and hurting them very bad while doing so.

Rupert is a lovely, kind hearted person with an all round amazing personality. He smiles a lot and seems to be happy all of the time. When you are around Rupert you feel you are the person that matters and he will do anything to cheer you up when your down. Although if someone cries he feels a little lost... I work for UPS in Carolina, we use these everyday. They summarize client management interaction with the tmh machines. We have to fax them off to the head office every hour, and if there is no cover sheet we get the tps stamp and stamp it on our adf. fyi - 2 years ago they found this guy in inventory dead > appartently a stack of tps reports collapsed on him trapping him for days. He tried to chew throough the reports, but the ink on the reports were toxic.
