Someone who thinks they know everything about COVID rules and guidelines. They criticize everyone for not adhering to the rules... even though they don’t follow the rules themselves. They go as far as reporting people to the schools and government.
We got yelled at by the covid czar for not practicing social distancing, even though she wasn’t wearing a mask.
