Cobbing

The act of taking goods left at Good Will donation trucks after hours. Often you would stop by multiple different sites and sort through and drop off the items from the previous sight that were determined to be unwantes good. Marie Parmley, of Washington state practically invented it in the early 80s with the help of 2 young children.

Hey Tom, wanna go cobbing tonight? I drove behind safeway and saw some nice stuff there we could get for your new place.

Colby

n. A young actor, usually in a musical, who is cast in a nonessential ensemble role but learns every other part in the show to replace and/or fill in for any other performer who is unable to perform during any particular performance.

v. (to pull a...) to fill in for a main role at a moment's notice despite not being the understudy/swing for it. This usually implies a success at playing said roll.

adj. used to describe a young, ambitious actor.

(Noun usage) "While his role had no lines and limited stage-time, the young Colby would be at every rehearsal so as to learn the show and see what parts he could fill in for."

(Verbal usage) "They asked the kid to play the part four minutes before curtain, and he played it perfectly!"

"That dude freakin' pulled a Colby!"

(Adjective Usage) "That kid keeps trying to steal my lines!"

"Yeah, he's such a Colby, he doesn't realize how rude that is..."

A condition causing facial muscles and vocal chords to relax, making it impossible to express emotion. It was named after a Colbert; no relation to Stephen Colbert.

Negative actions undertaken at the request of Stephen Colbert on his television show, "The Colbert Report". Examples so far are limited to the vandalism of Wikipedia articles such as 'elephant', 'latchkey kid' and related articles.

In an annoying act of colberrorism, another anonymous user has tried to add false information to the elephant article.
