An umbilical cord is how a fetus survives in the womb; its the pipe which gives everything a fetus needs to survive.

An umbilical cable is a bunch of cables held together or one big cable that resembles an umbilical cord. An umbilical cable transports vital data and/or electricity between things.

I opened my computer and I saw a bunch of umbilical cables!

Cabagina

This is what happens when a woman does not take care of her undercarriage and it smells faintly of cabbage. Sometimes roasted sometimes rotten, but always unpleasant. There are a number of underlining factors that can lead to this such as grooming and dieting. Also plain nastiness is sometimes the root cause.

Wow that girl I took home last night had a pretty severe case of <i>cabagina</i> to the point where I could not complete any physical intimacy.
