A phrase used to 'represent' persons living on the East side of the North side.. or on the North side of the East side.

Man 1: Yo, you one of those East side, bitches? If so, I'm fixing to bust a couple of caps in yo ass.

Man 2: Nah, man. Northeast side here, all the way.

Man 1: Hmm.. I guess that's cool then.
