A noun.

An overused observation that is not profound yet is provided with an air of profundity and provides little or no substance to the matter or situation being observed.
Upon hearing Brandon complain about his malfunctioning iPhone and how his soup was too hot, Erin chimed in with one of her many snobservations: "<sigh> FIRST. WORLD. PROBLEMS."
