This is classified by the person being a wild and erratic sloppy walker, the appearance of their face having been caught fire and extinguished by a pick ax, fried hair, black shards for teeth, and the propensity to crawl around on the floor looking for rocks they may have dropped for hours at a time. They are most commonly incapable of sentences spanning more than two or three words.
