Someone who had enough money and balls to buy a 4k computer monitor back when they were almost popular, and now thinks they are superior. Such people only watch YouTube videos in resolutions at or higher than 4k, and if the video doesn't support it, they complain about the 'poor quality' and that it hurts to watch the video.
