10. Publish if it looks plausible.

Guidelines are there to protect us from morons and the emotionally unstable.

Guidera

A supposedly Irish surname that sounds more Italian, pronounced "guh-dare'-uh". Lineage is "black Irish", which are actually pasty white folks with dark hair and huge noggins, sometimes suffering from gigantism.
