Minecraft Anarchy server like 2b2t, Nether Anarchy or endcrystal but more autistic. It's mainly catered to autists from different Twitch communities. First part of this word, "Pepega" refers to a popular Twitch emote portraying a retarded frog. "Anarchy" signifies that it's a minecraft server where there are no rules. In general, it's a total mess not worthy playing.
