Similar to a light year, this is the distance a black person, traveling at the typical lazy-black-person-I-have-nowhere-to-be speed, covers over the course of a year. Equal to approximately three feet.

Maybe you could be at work on time if you'd travel a little quicker than a Black Year.

Black People

A term that refers to the race of humans most recently decended from Africa, regardless of current country of residence. The exception is that it doesn't normally refer to people of Egyptian decent, since they appear to be mostly closely aasociated with Brown People.

Some black people are now Canadian, but there ancestors are still from Africa.

I don't think Egyptians count as black people.

Lame-ass emo wannabes who pretend to be 'deep', 'melancholy', or 'misundrstood' while in actuality are some of the bubbliest, shallowest people on the planet. Usually have infatuations with Twilight, Chharlie the unicorn, and cheap emo bands they probably don't even listen to.

Sorry I'm late. I got caught behind the preps in black at Hot Topic, and had to stand there for an hour while they wrung up their wristbands and talked about Twilight.

A type of top secret development of something, such as weapons. There is possible disregard for morals and opinions, particularly opinions.
Black projects are usually government-related, sometimes paid for by the Pentagon's "black budget".
