Vaping THC oil. The term originated in the 2019 when a group of young adults decided a new term needed to come to play to distinguish the difference between vaping nicotine and vaping oil that contains THC, the main chemical in marijuana that gets the user high, thus the term steaming

Person A: I just picked up a new cartridge from the vendor so I'm definitely going to be steaming tonight while watching Stranger Things.
Person B: I'm having a hard time following you, I'm steamed as fuck.
