The act, performed by a man, of licking a toilet whilst bending over from a standing position with his pants down and legs just apart. This position enables the insertion of another man's penis into his anus. This act is derived from the antics of George Michael performing sexual acts with other men in London's toilets in the 90's.

Similar to a Dirty Sanchez but the offending material is applied to the upper lip of the girl once you have finished. The body heat thus causes steam to rise from her shit moustache.
