A term to describe a young (usually teenage to 20 year old) female. An abbreviation for Bitch Out of Place or Bitch Outta Place , and is most commonly used by upperclassmen shaming underclassmen girls for being "out of line".
It is also often used by straight guys to describe a "slutty" or easy girl who can be found blowing older guys at parties. They drink too much, all dress the same and love to do coke. A general term for a party girl, who has or could be assumed to have the history of being a "bitch out of place" in the original girl-drama sense of the word.
*Often attributed with high school and seniority but can be used beyond this
