n. A type of cable television distribution using fancy video compression. The technology was developed by Motorola. Fancy cable is used by cable distributors to increase the variety of programming available on their networks, using video compression to transfer more channels through their cable networks already in place. Function Space

When you press the keys Function and space at the same time so that they computer changes resolution and thus changes the icon arrangement on their desktop. Then the person that was just function spaced has to go and change back all of the icons on his desktop and it is a hassle.

Tanner was just sitting with his computer not paying attention so i walked over to him a function spaced him.
JP: "I just function spaced ure ass, bitch"
Tanner: " Fuck you i hate you, asshole"
