Scuttle bucket is a term referring to a young lady who's life revolves around being promiscuous. Often referred to as Skanks, tramps, hussies, or teases.

Derived from the Mr. Bucket commercials in the early to mid 90s in which a bucket instructs you to put your balls in his mouth.
