Then he's simply known as a massive dickhead, ironic due to their tiny dicks, he can be one of the most helpful friends at a time of need but he most likely won't. With brown skin and brown eyes but black curly hair and round PewDiePie glasses he sounds like a perfect dream that's until you see his body which will most likely be obese.
