a very fast brand of pop-punk characterized by loud nasally vocals and usually some (mostly immature) humor in their performances or lyrics.

examples: NoFX, Guttermouth, old Green Day

Before becoming somewhat political alt-rockers, Green Day was the king of Snot-core.

A facial tissue or square of bathroom tissue screwed into a tapered spiral (resembling the blending stick used by pastel artists), which is used instead of a finger to excavate a nostril (for reasons of hygiene or disposability).
