The long fringe that hangs from the arms of many tacky western leather jackets - sometimes so long and dense that it resembles the washing strips at car washes.

When her boot emerged from her Ford Monster Truck with a spur on it, we weren't surprised when the rest of her emerged wearing that tacky country-western leather jacket with the turquoise studs and thick car wash fringe hanging from the arms!
