Russian Backpack

A plastic shopping bag used to carry everyday items. Most people in Russia use plastic bags to carry things around with them. Even students of all ages, who would ordinarily carry their books in a backpack in the US, use a plastic bag, called a "paket" in Russian.
This isn't Moscow. Stop carrying your books around in a Russian backpack and get yourself a proper bag.
