False eyelashes (sometimes called eyelash extensions) are worn by women (occasionally men) to thicken the upper eyelashes. They are favoured by sluts and porn stars but are also worn by girls and women who wish to look sluttish or seductive. There are two main types: a strip of lashes which is applied along the entire length of the eyelid; individual lashes or groups of lashes which are applied to areas which are sparse, or at the outer part of the eyelid to achieve a particular effect. False eyelashes made of human hairmay be applied by a trained beautician and these are usually designed to be semi-permanent. More usually, the lashes are synthetic and are self-applied using special glue. This type can be fairly easily peeled off when they are no longer required. False eyelashes are available in a huge variety of designs, colours, lengths and materials. Some incorporate diamante glitter or even rhinestones. Some types may be cut or trimmed to width or length.

A condition in which a person's identity and interpersonal relationships are centered around a memory of traumatic experience which is objectively false but in which the person strongly believes. Note that the syndrome is not characterized by false memories as such. We all have memories that are inaccurate. Rather, the syndrome may be diagnosed when the memory is so deeply ingrained that it orients the individual's entire personality and lifestyle, in turn disrupting all sorts of other adaptive behavior. The analogy to personality disorder is intentional. False Memory Syndrome is especially destructive because the person assiduously avoids confrontation with any evidence that might challenge the memory. Thus it takes on a life of its own, encapsulated and resistant to correction. The person may become so focused on memory that he or she may be effectively distracted from coping with the real problems in his or her life. (J. Kihlstrom)
She believed that she had been abused by satanists over many years, until she found that she had been suffering from FalseMemory Syndrome.
Also known as F.G.S. or Guido'ly Challenged. When one who is not of italian decent, and tries to act like a stereotypical guido. They have blowouts, go tanning, frolic at clubs to house music. Doing everything that a typical guido is known for doing but it just simply doesn't look right. Their tan looks aweful because of their skin tone (pale-looking red and lobster-like or dark complexion - not in need of getting a tan but still does it to live the guido lifestyle, maybe even sometimes looking orange.) They tend to work twice as hard on their blowouts than the average guido in order to make them look more guido-like and boast about how nice their hair is but in reality it simply does not look right. People tend to look down on those with F.G.S because that they are acting out as an italian stereotype without even being italian.
