Jumping Josephat!

A very mild euphemism similar to "Tarnation!" (Damnation!) or "Dagnab it!" (God damn it!)

Yosemite Sam, of Warner Brother Cartoons, would mispronounce it as "Josephat", ignoring the "sh". It was to indicate his lack of formal education.

To jump dirt. A style of biking that consists of jumping tall jumps usually made of dirt and clay. They will often have a gap that must be cleared. Dirt jumping also includes many different tricks, and is usually done one a Dirt jumping bike. Lightweight, with fairly flat tires, and very light.

Damn, lets go dirt jumping and huck some huge ass dirt jumps!
