Usually a Vagina but also refers to an Anus or Mouth.
An orifice in which a Penis is inserted followed by a repetitive push & pull motion till ejaculation occurs.

Lot Vomit 

The pile of vomit found in the parking lot of a convenience store, gas station, coffee shop or drinking establishment typically on a Saturday or Sunday morning after a hardy night of partying. Because it is relatively fresh and no efforts were made to clean it up, it is easily recognizable by the splatter pattern and contents.

I was already late for work and having to dodge lot vomit on the way to grab a cup of coffee didn't make it any easier.
