"Globtard" can also refer to a person that smokes hash oil with such regularity that his/her "normal" functioning has been irreparably impaired. You can spot a globtard usually because their mouths hang loose and rivulets of drool collect on their t shirts while they stare catatonically, neither awake nor asleep.
