volume issue

1. The need to vomit after drinking beer or other carbonated beverages due to the carbonation and volume of the liquid itself attempting to use more stomach space than is comfortably available.

Also known as a "carbonation issue"

2. Relating to a situation where the acoustic noise is higher than desired or allowed.

Last night my friend Scott said he wasn't throwing up from the alcohol; he said he was just having a volume issue.
