It is not constructive, it is not destructive. An act (often of minor vandalism) that doesn't really cause any harm but also isn't really productive, either.

They used stencils to professionally paint house numbers on to the street (like on the sidewalks in California and other suburban areas).

Seductively Cute is when someone is being Cute as a means to get a something from someone or to get a favour. Can be used for flirting or just to convince someone to do something they normally wouldn't.

Guy 1: "Why did you buy her so many drinks?"
Guy two: "She was sweet and cute."
Guy 3: "You just got played right there, mate. She was being seductively cute to everyone in hopes of someone paying for her."
