County in MD where schools get cancelled just by thinking about snow, there's ghettos and farms and rich people crammed in one place, everyone has that damn Maryland crab bumper sticker, everyone goes to Ocean Shitty over the summer, and cops are constantly up your ass at any party no matter how far deep in the woods you are. moco is the only relevant county in MD except maybe PG. Moco has top ranking schools too
