The word minging has been around for ages, in common usage in the British Army since before 1983 when I first personally heard it. I didnt hear the word being used by civilians till the late 1990s.

It was latterly used to describe a real moose, minging then becoming minger

stupid twitter trend that's going on in the cod community. was funny but now very overused. used as a noun to describe (a) fictional place(s). was originally somebody's twitter handle. the same 5 people create migginsworth accounts that get banned within days.

"I just dropped out of migginsworth high school to sit on the porch smoking backwoods"
"aye you just got stabbed, let's go to migginsworth hospital"

Our society has been stratified into two main class. These are the upper strata and the lower strata. The people who exists in the lower strata are basically leaving in the ghettos like places where they don't get any types of social services required for the standard level of life. so when we think about the concept margin the think which come in our mind is a group of people who are the worst sufferers and excluded from the main strata of the society.

The low paid workers, blue collar jobs holder, informal workers and like these people are the margin people in our society.
