A Chardy Man is basically a bumba-raas, or a chunda-claat. derives from the jamaican 'chardy' word for wasteman. see also 'chardy'.

claat: "derek, stop listening to bob marley and comb ya hair!"
raas: "...don talk te me like a chardy man, ya bumba clart!"
claat: "sorry, that was 'arsh. you know i was joking."
