When a cry baby driver gets a phone number off the company truck & starts sending text messages calling names because they got butt-hurt by your driving

Woman says over text "Learn to fucking drive you pushed me over on the side of the road nice advertisement on your truck you're going to advertise like that then maybe you should drive like a normal citizen"

To get a reply of "Boo-hoo
Cry me a river, they even made a song about it years ago, retard"

Then she reply "I took a picture of the truck and now I'll take a picture of the text no one uses the word retard anymore except some illiterate ignorant asshole"

& gets the reply, "yo, that's textual assault"

A human wave tactic, typical used by countries with large populations once they run out of armor and are too stubborn in war.

TL;DR you have millions of men and life is cheap to your command so they throw you with minimal training.

The Russians are running low on Armor and have sent wave after wave of Meat Assaults after running out of Armor in the area, Life is cheap.

double-barreled common-law assault and battery

(not to be confused with regular, run-of-the mill domestic violence, which is strictly one spouse physically beating up the other)

when 2 common-law spouses start perpetrating physical domestic violence on each other at the same time during an argument and both require hospitalization for their injuries afterwards.

the recent case against Slava Voynov of theLos Angeles Kings is not, IMHO to be classified as domestic violence but as double-barreled common-law assault and battery, simply because both he and his girlfriend suffered significant injuries requiring hospitalization during the incident.
