Similar to a wingman but with more responsibility, a man-girlfriend will do anything that is typically done by a girlfriend (other than sex). Seth and Evan, in the cult classic Superbad, were man-girlfriends.

Well I've meet 5 guys in the last two months and all of them lied about being married, having girlfriends, or their penis size. After this last one I'm man fasting for at least 30 days, I am way over due for a cleansing.
