Bazaphylactic Shock

The severest form of fat bastardry which is a medical emergency. A Type I reaction according to the Gell And Coombs Classification. An often severe and sometimes fatal systemic reaction in a susceptible individual upon exposure to far too many pizzas (such as a deep pan pepperoni and cheese or a cajun chicken and spicy beef italian thin crust) following previous sensitization. Characterized especially by Bariatric tendencies and a distinct lack of exercise.
