When a person of no money or wealth receives a sum of money and spends it on crap they don't need. For example; payday, pawning something of value, or Workman's comp settlement.

Marcus: Hey, I just won $50 on a lottery ticket. Can you give me a ride to liquor store to buy some Miller Lite and some pornos.

Jon: Dude, you are Ghetto Rich. You can at least spring for some Bud Lite.

Means spending all the money you have as fast as possible just because you have it. say, if you won the lottery and you went out and just bought anything and everything and didnt need any of it, but bought it just because you "could".

hood rich

When someone's income is either illegal, or they just have more money than others in their neighbor "hood". They can afford a luxury lifestyle, but have a hood life mentality.

i.e... Big Time Drug Dealers

Hood rich is not living on welfare or having low income or not having your own. If that was the case it wouldn't be called hood "rich".

You can afford an upscale lifestyle, but don't have the legitimates to completely live the lifestyle

Rich Homie, is the person you can count on no matter what, the person who always wants to hangout and even though you have your own money they still offer to pay, if you have someone who feels like a Rich Homie it's because they love you there's no person who will just spend money on you for no reason.
