The dog is a mythical being whose existence has long been surpassed since the beginning of time. The dog appears godlike to what we are. The dog has all the answers and is very very helpful in times of need. The dog sleeps for 10000 years for when he awakes we know it. Earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes any natural disaster occurring is the dog blinking his eyes.

Ryan: "whats happening, is there an earthquake"
Sam: "no the dog has awoken from its 10000 year slumber"

The method by which a head panhandler, transports, drops off, and uses, a large group of panhandling persons, in order to create a much larger amount of panhandled and pooled money; upon which, the head panhandler also receives a certain percentage, or cut, from the entire group's; daily, panhandled and pooled amount, in exchange for his/her transport services rendered to the group, or his/her, "dogs".

I saw a head panhandler dropping off his group of panhandling "dogs" at different locations in the city today.
