When a person or thing is acting up. Usually in the fashion of a female dog.

Example 1:

Rich: Man, my car is really acting like Gin.

Carlos: You need to replace the starter brah!

Example 2:

Bob: Why does my girl also have to act like Gin when I go out.

Alvin: You need to donkey punch her tonight.
