Women know that they should always wipe front to back. But there is always lots of dirty bitches who wipe back to front. In doing so it causes the puss area to smell like a dirty garbage dumpster, Hence the term smear it forward.

Paula must not have been taught to wipe properly by her mother, cause I cought her smearing it forward while she was getting ready to go out.
